- BLBeatrice LaceyJun 12, 20263.0Very friendly and helpful most of the time. But touchy if they make a mistake. The big guy is a bit shouty, which was uncomfortable for me. The lady behind the counter is absolutely lovely and works hard under pressure and im sorry she had this horrid experience. My problem was resolved by a phone call to the lost items office provided to me by mr shouty. That could have been dealt with a lot quicker if he had been less defensive and more proffesional. Unfortunately we were all under stress.
