We are new to the area but will look for another P.O. even if it is further away as we will not go back there again! We were expecting three parcels, one of which had arrived a few days earlier. It was signed for at the Post Office and I have the reference number, signature and all details. The person we spoke to gave us two parcels that had just arrived and said he had no record of the earlier one, which is still unaccounted for. He did not ask me for a tracking number and did not want to look at the email that I thought I was supposed to show him. He just took my name and asked for my ID. He simply could not be bothered to try and help and made that very clear. I was also surprised that he was looking things up in a little notebook. Aren't they computerised? If he had just offered to help or find a solution I would not have been so upset with him. This is a very inconvenient location for a Post Office, by the way - cramped and quite a long wait. And I still don't have my parcel.
