Used the post office to withdraw money from my account. The lady behind the counter was really nice and friendly. Helpful and courteous. The store had a wide variety of products to choose from and would be a great place to do a bit of last minute shopping. Highly recommend 👌

I had an excellent experience at the Battle Road Post Office in Hastings. Sutha and Vive were absolutely amazing – very friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the process quick and easy, even though the branch was busy. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I left feeling very well looked after. Thank you, Sutha and Vive, for providing such outstanding customer service. Truly one of the best Post Offices I’ve visited!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

SHOCKING SERVICE Extremely RUDE WOMAN (Post office)
Having being tasked with paying a cheque into a friend's account, I entered the shop and was politely directed to the POST OFFICE at the back of the shop. Two women behind the counter, and I was greeted with a smile and I commented how lovely that was..... HOW WRONG WAS I ???
Having complimented the two ladies for having a lovely smile, and then politely asking if could pay a cheque into and account for my Ex....the older of the two women, simply started "barking" "what bank" "what account is it, what bank" !!!! So I asked for clarification, and asked do you mean is it a current account or cheque account...and again in a very KURT manner, " what account, what bank” I challenged the woman stating, after such a lovely start, it's inappropriate and not necessary to "bark an instruction at me" simply advise what you are asking for...her mood, and manner changed and she just said " you need to find out what bank it is"... This went on for a few minutes and the queues started and after making a call I established it was TSB.... When going back to the window, the same older woman dealt with me with ZERO customer service and was a "Typical East Sussex -Kent interaction" these people should not be customer facing and should simply get another job if they hate their life so much...I was neither in a rush nor antagonistic, but it will be the LAST TIME I go there or use that post office....THIS IS ONE WHICH SHOULD BE CLOSED
***** Shocking lack of service*****
