One particular lady behind the desk very rude God knows how people like this works for customers. Now I have to declare my provisional license as lost & pay £20. Unkind lady making comments when I didn’t understand anything and I ask her for help rolling her eyes and stuff, useless. I would rather go to Eastbourne than here.

Shocking queues. Out of the door but you can push in front of infirm people if you’re using the banking services.
Parents forced to queue through a row of sweets and toys.
More staff needed, single queue and get rid of the forced temptation for parents
