I've been using this post office for many years and the staff and owners have always been impeccable. Recently not been the best. Not seen the lovely ladies that usually work there for a while, who are the most welcoming and helpful. I ordered some travel money to be collected today. I went in at 3.30 and was told they couldn't help as the manager wasn't there and could I come back in 30 minutes. I went back after 1 hour to be told that the manager was not back from the school run and wasn't going to be there until 6pm and could I come back then. Back I go at 6pm and manager was there. No apology, not even any conversation. Very poor service. Bring back the ladies and their great customer service and they bring it with a smile.

On 3 separate occasions (Saturday) the Sub Post Master has been inept and unable to provide basic services:
1. Sending a letter via 1st Class Signed For
2. Sending a letter Special Delivery
3. Depositing cash into either a Personal or Business Account
4. Unable to post a letter overseas to France (for another customer).
The Sub Postmaster when queried on the lack of ability simply said 'I don't know how to do that. My normal staff do that'.
This is simply not acceptable when runnining a local service. If he is unable to provide the minimum services, he should not be given the role of running the place. Completely inept!!!

Wouldn't let me pick up a parcel because they're moving stuff around. They shouldn't be accepting deliveries ( a service I've paid for) if people can't come and get them.
