- KFKind Finds2 days ago1.0I have been there at 5:30 and the lady with curly hair refused me to exchange money because she said we closed the counter now. One day ago, I exchanged money at nearly 7. Post office should consider her behaviour with customers seriously.

- MPMrs PMay 22, 20261.0I've been using this post office for many years and the staff and owners have always been impeccable. Recently not been the best. Not seen the lovely ladies that usually work there for a while, who are the most welcoming and helpful. I ordered some travel money to be collected today. I went in at 3.30 and was told they couldn't help as the manager wasn't there and could I come back in 30 minutes. I went back after 1 hour to be told that the manager was not back from the school run and wasn't going to be there until 6pm and could I come back then. Back I go at 6pm and manager was there. No apology, not even any conversation. Very poor service. Bring back the ladies and their great customer service and they bring it with a smile.
