Everybody is helpful and friendly, unlike the previous surly chap in charge (although the staff were pleasant, he was like a big black cloud lording it lazily at the retail counter while his poor minions scurried about, trying to keep up). Now the atmosphere is entirely different and it's a pleasure to go in there.
