Chose and travelled here to pick up a parcel and told I have to come back in two days as evri parcels are not available at weekend. Will choose an off license or corner shop next time.

My parcel arrived this Saturday morning and they have asked me to come back on Monday to allow them time to process. Where is this in the terms and conditions that people have to wait? We should be able to Pick up our items as soon as we receive a notification. Appalling service, again and again.

But we’ll be looking for an alternative to the Church Road office from now on. I came out to collect a parcel for my partner as usual but was told I couldn’t collect it for her despite having the tracking number (which they never even looked at) because I didn’t have her ID on me. This has never been asked of us before despite using this service several times. I then had to waste time going home to find her passport and bring it back up upon which I got a lecture for not picking the parcels up sooner because apparently they were “low on space” (the shelves were clearly half empty) and have started getting rid of parcels early. They had to fish one of our parcels out of the bin despite all three of them being between two days and a week shy of their collection date. There just seems to be a general lack of adherence to protocol that makes this service no longer feel like a viable option.
