- HFHannah Forward4 days ago5.0My experiences of visiting post offices had always been fairly miserable/stressy affairs until I moved to Portland Road and was lucky enough to have this one as my local. I usually have to visit a couple of times a week so being greeted so warmly every time really makes a difference. The staff are genuinely lovely and helpful and do such a stellar job with a smile, despite how busy it often gets here. Shout out to Katy and Sharon who always go above and beyond.
- JJjemmajay1Sep 29, 20265.0Needed some help with sending a parcel and Jamie went above and beyond to help, not just me but he was super helpful and attentive to all the customers in the shop. The post office got busy quickly and Jamie promptly opened up another till and queue went down rapidly.
- RTRoots Nature TherapySep 25, 20265.0Great post office. Everything you could need. Amit the postmaster will go above and beyond to help you. Jamie is a great addition to the team- friendly and helpful.
- MSmariana sousaSep 25, 20265.0My favourite post office! I am a frequent costumer of this shop. They have the best and most caring staff. This post office does everything you could ask for. Jamie was particularly helpful recently for helping with a big order I had, he was quick and really patient with me. Truly amazing team!
- HSHelen SmithsonSep 25, 20265.0I do truly love this post office, all the staff are super helpful and go out of their way to make life easier while I am juggling parcels and my errant children! Amit, Sharon and the team are all wonderful and I’d like to give a special shout out to Jamie, a very professional and engaging young man who brings genuine enthusiasm to his role in a manner way beyond his years. Thank you all for being such an asset to our community.
