Was told couldn't give any advice as he didn't know, but could do Check and Send - how can he do C&s if he doesn't know how to pay? I didn't really want to do C&S but it seemed to be the easiest way. He took the form but didn't look at it properly, then told me I needed photos anyway, which you don't!! If you are renewing a passport and there are no changes to your appearance, you do not need new photos. This is clear in the pamphlet which comes with the application form. When I tried to explain he said that he's not paid to argue; if I put £10 on the counter, he would argue. How rude. He then came out from behind the counter, which was quite intimidating, and told me to go somewhere else. I won't be going in there again. He obviously doesn't know his job!
