I’ve been reluctant to leaving any type of review but 10th time on a various day through out the week yet again I find it not to be open.
Royal Mail should seriously consider stripping this store of its post office abilities. Never open, guy sat behind the counter that could easily carry out basic tasks e.g money withdrawal - checking in parcels. Seems to be only one person employed there to carry out these absolute basic tasks. Majority of the time it’s not even open on a weekday! Saturdays mid day are hit and miss! post office standard hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday & Saturdays 9-4. I’d be astonished if half those hours were worked.
Awful place to go, better off not taking your chances and going into Hailsham town centre.
Absolutely appalling from top to bottom, reported to Royal Mail as unable to carry out tasks and surely I can’t be the only person.
Shambles.

I’ve tried to take parcels here 4 times in the last couple of months and every single time the post office is out of service. Total waste of time
