Though they said that their scanner is down, they couldn't give an ETA and told me to cancel the return and resubmit somewhere else. Judging from the other reviews here, I think that's a likely story.... This is an unreliable Amazon collection/return service. Avoid if you can.

I did think this was a weird way to fo it but found my parcel and left. The shop is very crammed with things and I am sure a bit of a hazard. However as for the owners, I am shocked at all the bad reviews. Have dealt with 3 staff members and have all been pleasant. The shop could probably do with a safer way of storing but I can't complain about the staff and have always managed to collect my parcels.

Took my Amazon package number and then directed me to a bag full of Amazon packages and told me it’s in there somewhere. When I finally found it ; I mentioned there must be a better way of sorting them out ,he started to get annoyed and told me to order the package to my home address in future because he didn’t make any money from Amazon anyway. Sure a rude and unpleasant man . I suggest he finds a new line of work if he is that unhappy.

No greetings, never spoke to me or acknowledged that was listening to me but acted like a robot when it came to scanning the QR code,passed me the return label for me to stick it on the parcel and despite of asking him where I should leave the parcel he just ignored me so I left the parcel in top of the scales. Hope that the parcel gets sorted.
