Terrible service, slow efficiency, and the staff are unprofessional, especially that old lady who's aggressive and incredibly rude.And also racist - one second she smiling at white people, the next she is rolling her eyes. Using your own job rights to harass others? I've already filed a complaint with headquarters and hope the relevant departments can step in to investigate and address this issue.

From the moment I handed my ID she was projecting anger towards me for no reason. She carried on rolling her eyes and being frustrated with me because I couldn’t let her know what colour my parcel package was, asked why she was being rude and then she started backtracking. Very upset and embarrassed, she made me feel so small in front of everyone in the queue.
