Reason for change in review. Maddy is absolutely fine and I’m happy to approach her now. I believe it must of been a bad day and for that. I can totally accept we’re all human. By 'old-fashioned', I mean having a post-mistress like Tracy who actually cares about and speaks with her customers. It is a joy to do business here. Tracy cares for each customer personally, and her motto is, "The most important customer is the one standing in front of you." I wish more businesses had someone like this working there!
