- HTHannah Talbot1 day ago1.0Another very poorly run post office with incredibly bad mannered staff. I have politely informed them previously that their signage is not very clear as whenever I go in, I have to redirect their clientele so that they’re not pushing in front of me. Usually when I get to the counter someone has accidentally pushed in front of me, confused by a handwritten sign saying queue the long way round in one place and stickers for collection in another. Today when I let the lady know it’s still not clear, because I’ve had to redirect their customers again, she told me if I don’t like it “go somewhere else”, then banged on the window and said look there, at a third handwritten sign with an ambiguous arrow pointing into the shop. This just after telling me two contradicting ways to Queue. It seems the staff are not willing to have an adult conversation, let alone empathise with the poor experience they are giving people having to correct poor unknowing strangers, or accept any kind of constructive feedback. Unfortunately with so few post office now in operation I am forced to get my parcels here sometimes, but I’ve got better things to do with my time to manage other peoples queue because they cant just take on feedback graciously and improve the experience of all their customers. Disappointed.
