Very disappointing experience. The staff member at the left-hand window was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked a few simple questions. Instead of helping, she became annoyed and unprofessional.
I also felt very uncomfortable when she accused me of sending a necklace in an Easter card to my family abroad, which was not true. This came across as inappropriate and unfair. On top of that, the price she quoted seemed higher than expected, so I chose not to proceed and went elsewhere.
Overall, poor customer service and an unpleasant experience. I would not return.

Useless. Went in to retrieve a parcel. Was asked 'what do you want me to do', after i told the staff member i was there for a parcel, i was told that I 'couldn't use the post office as a delivery address' which was not the case at all, i bought an item from an online shop and this PO was, and presumably still is, a pickup location for that shop. A perfectly normal, everyday transaction. The staff member seemingly did not understand her business, waved a cursory hand (not eye) over some parcels and said it wasn't there. Came to find out that the parcel had been returned from the same PO, on the same day. It wasn't busy and this was a Royal Mail parcel to a Royal Mail post office.
