I don’t know his name, but I want to sincerely thank him for his kindness, patience, and genuine warmth. He was simply amazing. I must say, every time I visit, I receive the same wonderful treatment whether it’s him, the lady, or the young man, they are always so kind, helpful, and smiling. Then accused of pushing in even though all the other customers wanted the parcel counter and I made it obvious I would give way to any of them if they wanted the shop counter. Then woman said she wasnt available to serve me. Horrible behavior.
