Tried up-selling me and wanted to charge me £17 for sending a 'small parcel' to the USA tracked, even though what i was sending was clearly an A4 large letter, and i didn't want it tracked! Told him this and got it down to £8.50... funny that. Then got charged a £1.50 'admin fee' even though I made it clear it was a gift so I shouldn't have incurred the extra taxes. Rude bloke, didn't seem like he wanted to be there and took ages to complete the transaction. I'll print my postage online next time...

And when I was at the till waiting he walked past to put stuff on the shelving and when he came back he decided to serve to other people who was waiting behind me. Clearly could see I was waiting first and I even went to get him to say I was waiting to be served. And when gave him the parcel to stick the label on, I left him a free spot and he stuck it right over my only sticker. Unpleasant customer service and would recommend to go to a different one if you need to do a parcel recommend going somewhere else.
