- SSscarlettJul 12, 20261.0RUDE HORRIBLE STAFF- I made a simple mistake (my photo ID was upside down) while collecting a parcel and the staff mocked and laughed directly in my face, making me feel uncomfortable and made to feel dumb. The staff were adults and they thought it was appropriate to laugh and mock a young girl, one of them decided to tell the rest of the staff the mistake I made while I was standing there waiting, the whole time laughing at me. I will avoid going there again. 0 Stars truthfully!!! Service before has been slow and staff clearly need more training.
