We use the online service but have to post out invoices etc to our customer base once in a while . Today like most weeks I had to drop off some letters to the post office , all prepaid . There were a few dozen easily gripped them in one hand , so by no mean boxes full of letters. You should have seen the ladies face . Flat out refused to stamp and count them to ensure there were the correct amount paid for. I said to her ' well your going to have to do something as I need proof of postage.' No word of a lie she huffed , slammed the stamp down on my pre-printed A4 receipt, threw the envelopes into the postal bag behind her and shoved the paper back at me . Disgustingly poor service yet again . I have paid for a service I expect some courtesy and the service I pay for . Don't like your job then get another ! Currently on hold with the post office HQ to complain aswell .
