Mr Mohammed, behind the counter on every occasion makes it very difficult to collect parcels, rude and very unhelpful, continuous bad customer service, unfortunately because of his behaviour towards people , I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Rudest most unhelpful man behind the post office counter in Front Lane - how he has got a customer facing role for Royal Mail beggars belief - tried to change some small currency back to sterling from euros, first day, two customers in front, he proceeded to tell me as i was at the back (5.15pm) if it gets to 5.30 i will be pulling the screen down.....I said oh lovely thank you for that.......i get to the front, told him what I needed, he said, oh no machine not working, I was like, what for 50 euros.....I said oh right, that was convenient at 5.30.....I said don't worry will come back tomorrow only live over the road........ I go back the day after, once again, gives me the dodgiest can't be bothered to help look yet again, looking like i was about to rob a bank with a 50 Euro note....i get my ID out ready as I was expecting the spanish inquisition............... and he proceeds to say no, can't help, as its over a year old the note, so you have to go to a main post office...and he got a bunch of 50 Euros out comparing the note.......once again, i said, oh that was very convenient wasn't it, the poor lady who also works on the shop floor who is always smiley and helpful, looked very embarrassed by his behavior - absolutely categorically disgusting customer service - give someone else that needs a job to do the job a darn sight better please, a million people out there that would love this job and do it a million times better - DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - ROYAL MAIL TAKE NOTE OF THE LACK OF SERVICE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE RECEIVING! So now, it's going to head office!

Indian guy with glasses, such a rude aggressive little man, he needs to check his attitude out before he gets in trouble. Always moaning and throwing things about. He had a go at my pensioner dad, let's hope he gets the sack!!
