Owners are incredibly rude, made a massive fuss that I wanted to return a parcel that was pre-paid. That they don’t get any money from them and they have to prioritise paying customers. I usually always buy something whenever I return a parcel anyway but not after how I was spoken to today. They don’t deserve our custom and should probably find a different business that doesn’t involve customer service as frankly they are awful at it.

What an awful experience. I could tell it was going to be bad from the moment i said hello and instead of being greeted the miserable old lady who runs it looked at me like i was dirt. She tried to refuse me service when sending my ebay parcels because they dont make money from them. Take it up with the post office instesd of lecturing me, it has nothing to do with me. She then told me i was wasting her time and keeping her away from other customers. She tried to embarass me in front of these 'other customers' thinking they would agree with her, only to be told they were with me. Bear in mind what should have been a two minute interaction became a ten minute interaction because of her lectures. Who is wasting who's time? When I offered to take my custom elsewhere she started banging on about how they are a local post office (i am local?) and thats not what they are for. It literally is. Finally she started scanning my barcodes all while still going on about how I was wrong for bringing my post there. She then proceeded to read my home address out and tell me that I should be using a post office closer to home. How dare you read my HOME address out in front of strangers. The funny thing is, two people in my party had intention to pay to post their parcels, well she talked herself out of those sales. It wouldn't surprise me if she bends my parcels marked do not bend.
Will never be going back, frankly I wish I'd saved myself the grief and not bothered in the first place.

My experience reminded me of faulty towers. Rude, chaotic and kind of funny.
I recommend the post office locker at the jet petrol station.

Shocking customer service. Hostile.
Live locally and have given both the shop and post office counter multiple chances. I have now run out of patience and wish to share the sentiments of the other reviewers. Rude staff, extremely hostile and seem to look for ways to cause an issue. The opening times listed here are entirely unreliable and you can expect to be denied service at the post office for services they supposedly offer.
