Well what a rude member of staff the lady with long hair. Who on earth employed her. I now go to Shoeburyness post office where the staff are more friendly.

Awful. If you can use another Post Office then I advise you to do so. Staff are more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. One woman in particular is abrasive when dealing with customers.
