Worst post office in the UK! They refused to take my boxed up Amazon return even though it was a package free return. Then they said I could only return it if it fit in the Amazon box, which it easily did. Next they said they couldn't take it as loads of parcels needed to go in the Amazon box. They then tried to say I had to get the half made up faulty flat pack item into the original box 🤦🏼‍♀️. The person in front of me returned a hoover wrapped in a bin bag but my perfectly wrapped return was an issue. The two men were horrible and sexist towards me; they would not have tr ates a man like this. Luckily Amazon were understanding and refunded me.

Trying to drop off an Amazon return, which clearly stated that I do not need to bring packaging; they refused the item in its small box, and also did not accept the enclosing Amazon envelope, which I had not sealed. They then tried to sell me tape to seal the envelope. Will not go there again, and nobody really should - the other shop nearby handling returns was super friendly, efficient and helpful.
