I would like to raise a complaint about a staff member working at the counter this morning.
This is not the first time I’ve had an upsetting experience with her. On multiple occasions, she has come across as rude, bossy, and unprofessional. Her manner makes customers feel uncomfortable, and she often behaves as though the shop is her own.
Today, instead of simply informing me of the opening times, she game me a rude and dismissive gesture. I found her attitude unnecessarily harsh and unkind.
I believe customers should be treated with respect, especially in a public service setting like a post office. It’s unfair to have repeated negative experiences with the same staff member.
I hope this can be addressed so that customers are treated more appropriately in the future.

Went to this PO to return an item which did not need a QR code because I had already printed out the pre-paid returns label. The PO assistant asked me for the QR code when I said it didn't need one and tried to show her the message on my phone she said she can't read it! She then point to another customer's phone which had a QR code for their return telling me this was what I needed... I left before I told her about herself! I went to the PO on the high road and needed to say nothing more... the PO worker their knew exactly what needed to happen and said 'you need proof of posting right?' at which point she asked me for the address on the parcel and provided me with proof of posting and I was done. To the PO assistant at Rose lane PO...go and learn how to do your job properly!!!
