- STSandra ThorpeMay 29, 20211.0Event hough I had paid for my parcels via RM online, they refused to take them saying firstly they had no room (3 small parcels and 1 Medium parcel) then saying they don't take parcels that have been pre paid online because they don't make any money from them so Beware if your sending parcels already paid for ie on line through royal mail, and any parcels with a pre paid label they won't take them, apparently they are known for this according to RM complaints, at least I know its being looked at, and apart from that sooo rude just waving me away with his hand, thank goodness for RM complaints and knowing I'm not alone
