He is consistently rude, very slow, and often charges me more than other post office locations for the same services. On one occasion, he was even eating while I was speaking to him and trying to send a parcel, which I found very unprofessional. Today he was also rude to my young daughter just because she touched two items in the shop, which was unnecessary and inappropriate. Very poor customer service.
