Absolutely horrible customer service! I have raised a complain and waiting to hear if they even bother responding!

I have been using the Loughton Post Office for years, and I have never experienced anything as hurtful or humiliating as what happened today. During my visit, I was spoken to in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner by Mr. Steve Child. I left feeling verbally abused, singled out, and deeply uncomfortable. As a business owner, the way he questioned my integrity felt discriminatory and completely unprovoked.
I raised this with the manager, who apologised on his behalf, but unfortunately nothing further was done, and I left feeling shaken and unsupported.
No customer should ever be made to feel this way, and I would not recommend being served by this individual. My experience today has left me genuinely hurt, disappointed, and questioning whether I can continue using this branch after so many years of loyalty.
