Today I needed some support in alerting them that 2 signed for letters in the last 6 weeks have failed to reach the recipient. The tracking states only that they have been received at Fullwell. I alerted Fullwell that they may want to alert Royal Mail of this issue as an offer to safeguard their business and offer support. NO, their response was "I do my job, and put the post in the bag" . No concern for the customer or the fact that this didn't raise a concern for her business to raise with Royal Mail. I will be contacting Royal Mail with a complaint against this post office.
