- AAAnastazjaMar 17, 20261.0Unfortunately the sign that the Post Office is open when the shop is open is incorrect and infuriating because I just got out of my way to make it by 10pm and at 9.20pm I was told the post office counter shuts at 9pm, so fix your sign! Today’s a Tuesday

- JRJohn RichensDec 24, 20201.0Attempted to use Roydon PO as a local collection point for a parcel sent using a tracked and signed for service. parcel arrived at Roydon promptly, and they signed for it, but when the recipient attempted to collect the parcel the following morning he was told that it had been sent back to the sorting office. Trying to find out why Roydon rejected the parcel after signing for it, it seems the explanation was that they weren't accepting local collection anymore - yet they had done previously! Now we have a signed for parcel lost within the system. This is an appalling and utterly unacceptable service provided by Roydon PO. Clearly Roydon is run by very unhelpful people.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
