- KWKamila WisniewskaMay 5, 20261.0I do not know who hired the employee working there, but every time I go to collect a parcel, he is unable to find it. The same situation happened again this past Saturday. I came with my 8-month-old child in a stroller, and I am also pregnant. It is impossible to enter the building with a stroller because the interior is in complete disarray, with parcels scattered everywhere. On a previous visit, I waited in a long queue for about 20 minutes. After showing my ID and waiting an additional 15 minutes, the employee told me he could not find my parcel and asked me to write down my phone number, saying they might contact me if it is found. I am now running out of time to collect the parcel, and I work on the remaining days, so it will most likely be returned to the sender. Someone should take responsibility for this branch, as the situation there is truly unacceptable.

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
