Only reason I chose this post office as a final destination for my parcel was because it states everywhere that it’s opened until 8pm, I come in before 6pm on a Wednesday and the place is closed with no information whatsoever, people can’t be bothered to work until the end of their shift. Honestly just lock this place down for good

The Royal Mail Post Office at stow offers the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The staff, mostly old ladies, are extremely slow, constantly on breaks, have no idea how to help, and are downright rude. It’s a dreadful customer experience—completely run by people who don’t care and don’t know what they’re doing
