Been yesterday to collect my Vinted parcel. Showed my ID (passport) as per rules on the DPD collection pass. The old lady tell me PROVE that my Vinted account is MINE, otherwise, she didn't give my parcel. She told me CHANGE my Vinted account name that I can PROVE HER. She trained not well and the customer service by shouting conversation as an old seller isn't much impressed here. Well eh, I would avoid and use the other shipping options for my orders to avoid her. Please TRAIN your staff correctly. Thank you.

Official Amazon return counter - opening hours are specifically advertised until 10pm. I've got turned away twice now after 6pm. No staff member could actually tell me when exactly there is a time slot when they would accept Amazon parcels.

Need to adjust the opening hours on the website- travelled to drop a parcel on a Sunday afternoon and once again it’s closed despite saying it’s open online. Staff shortage seems to happen far too frequently.

Based on a good 10 visits over the last 18 months.
This review is pretty consistent with the others. One lady in particular who works there is outrageous. She couldn't be ruder or more unhelpful if she tried. Doesn't smile. Barks. Will do anything to make your day that little bit worse. Been borderline funny at times it's so bad.
Had it every time I've gone it and watch the same interactions with all other customers whilst queuing.
