- SSStefaniaMar 10, 20181.0They are supposed to be open all day on Saturday, but they sent me back at 2.30pm because it was closed. When I went back at 4.30 the man refused to manually insert the bar code of my prepaid parcel as the scanner did not work properly. He was serving me while on a video call with a loud speaker. The costumer service is appalling, dos not reflect at all this country standard I am going to make a forma complaint to the Royal Mail and ask how can they afford to have such a disgusting management of their service.
