Edited 22/1/26. Opening hours now changed to 7am. So lost a star for that. Was 2 star review, now 1 star.
Start with the good: opening hours are very good for a post office. I use it before 6:30am.
Now the bad: that morning member of staff. Don't know her name. We only know her at home as the "rude woman". Today was rude again 😒 . Getting tired of it. None of the other staff are rude. I use ebay labels to post. I always put on the counter so she can see it's a prepaid ebay label. Today I did that and was asked to put on scales straight away, which was strange. I was asked "was it postage or return". Never been asked that before. So I know it's not a return, but I dont know what "postage" defintion is, but its not a return, so I say postage. She asks the contents, which is weird because I never get asked that. Then asks the adress and I show her label. She then says something like thats not postage thats something else. Rolls eyes, and in a pissed off my says "now I got to start again". RUDE! How do you keep employing her? She does not make a good face of the business.
