I dread having to use this post office. Terrible service, they are much more interested in continuing their hands free phone calls to what sound like somewhere in South Asia. They make you feel like you are an interruption to these call. Obviously no one from post office counters ever checks them out (secret shopper?) Would only ever use them as a last resort!

Such a shame the owner and his staff are more interested in serving the shop customers than people who have been waiting in the post office queue (on more than one occasion)

1st class! I was amazed I found a post office that had a competent member of staff. I had a difficult car tax request (40 year old MOT exempt car but not yet tax exempt as not 1st January after 40th anniversary). I had been to another office and they told me they couldn't and me phone DVLA (who are closed). This post office assured me it could be done but had to make a phone call to somebody for guidance. They did and it worked. Nice to get some decent service . Well done guys.
