- NLNat LamApr 9, 20261.0Rude man behind counter , refused to acknowledge a 3 deep queue , we waited for around 7 mins , we enquired as to could we please have some service only to be ignored further. The lovely lady who just came back from her lunch break served us in the end . Communication is key . It is also worth noting that he looked and smelled rather unkempt.
