Always great to use them and they do a good service
Things might be slow at certain times but that’s just how the Post Office is. A bit of patience and understanding goes a long way!

Dreadful service, two people in front of me and two people serving, , then I was told due to emergency they were closing....I was disgusted that they had put no closed sign out, but decided to serve the other two people....meant to be open all day!
Not just close when they want....its not as if there was anyone behind me either....and no, I've never been rude to any staff either in the past, the time was 12.50 pm .
Should be looked into this branch , they need guidance on how not to be rude to customers.

Useless! Rushed home from work to collect a parcel before they closed at 5 only to find they had closed at 4.30!! No reason given. Appreciate there may have been an emergency of some kind but surely there is more than one person that can operate the counter!

Closed during normal opening hours on two separate occasions within a week. Cannot be relied upon, unfair on customers making a dedicated trip.
