- DWDaniel WheelerMay 16, 20261.0Returned an Amazon order here with RM Signed For 2nd Class postage. A chunky box that would not be easily missed. It never left their premises according to the tracking and RM customer services say it has got "lost". There is no scan undertaken beyond my payment for postage, it doesn't show as having left the building. I suspect shenanigans. I am now nearly £200 out of pocket because the claim form for this level of postage only covers up to £20! I did say how much the item was wirth and wasn't advised of this at point of sending. Great, thanks guys x
