Went post office 11:30am on 3/04/26 guy refused to tax my car disabled even tho had disabled tax certificate, and I wanted make complaint and refused give me his name and y was serving me left me at till y he qent too other people and served them about 3 people and left me waiting and still told me after he refusing. Very bad post office never use again, rude no respect for disable people

I use the store on a regular basis, the staff & owner are all really nice people, fully stocked shop, had a major refurbishment & open 7 days a week till 11pm. Brilliant.
Plus I’m now a local celebrity as I was the first customer to walk through the doors after the refurb 🤴🤭.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
