- OAO AMay 3, 20261.0Made the mistake of sending something here, the clerk didn’t even bother to place my item where it’s gathered to be sent and just said “leave it on the counter” I have very little faith my item will get to where it’s going, thankfully it’s a low value item. Do not make the mistake of sending anything value here, I will go to other branches in Chelmsford after this experience.

The passport disappeared from the tracker, not appearing to leave the office. Despite a number of visits and a formal complaint, several weeks later, the passport still appears to be lost. As of yet, no explanation, or apology received.

Been trying to register my identity on line with Companies House most of the morning with no success, l downloaded a form from Companies House that enabled me to do it at the Post Office and the helpful Post Office staff did it for me in minutes. Good experience! Since had notification from Companies House all done!
