Going to this Post Office means subjecting myself to the very, very rude and contemptuous behaviour of the franchisees. They are consistently discourteous and often barely able to speak English. They regularly take private phone calls while customers are left waiting, and anyone needing help choosing a service is met with impatience and disdain. They run both Post Offices on Queens Road, which makes it all the more astonishing that the Post Office has entrusted them with the franchise.

Used the cashpoint machine. Debited my account but didnt dispense the cash! Now have the headache of trying to get in touch with my bank to dispute. A man walked past me and said - "oh didnt give you the money - yeah its done that to me before!" What is wrong with the machine? Please get it fixed or take out of action and put a sign on so it stops this happening again to someone else.

Was just served by a really unfriendly lady who rushed me and treated me like an inconvenience. Was posting 5 parcels and that seemed to annoy her. Will avoid going there again.
