- CCCharmaineFeb 24, 20261.0No trained staff on post office to allow people to collect parcels. Told to come back at 10. Why say the post office is open and not have capable staff behind the counter that can manage the system? Makes absolutely no sense. Maybe train all staff so that they can provide customers with the service needed.
- KSK SimFeb 20, 20262.0Used this post office to send parcels at 11pm before as per the opening and closing times on Google. Went in there another day, again expecting it to be open till 11pm and they tell me it’s closed at 6pm. So frustrating, it’s not hard to update the open /closing times on Google, personally I feel they just pick and choose rather than go but any set times. Clearly there is an issue as there are multiple reviews complaining of the same thing… sort it out!

This should be made clear on the official post office website and app. I was also informed that the post office trained operative had left at 2pm! Absolutely ridiculous. I travelled 2 hours for this package to be met by disappointment.
