Supposed to close at 5.30pm i went at 5.10pm upstairs services and counters were all closed. Asked downstairs what time they close. Apparently they leave between 5-30pm when they please.

Yeah you can post stuff, but you’ll have to wait half a day for the privilege. The one thing you can count on here is a massive queue.

Experienced the utmost terrible customer service I’ve ever received. I brought my parcel in to be posted and the South Asian lady with long black hair rudely told me I couldn’t send my parcel as it wasn’t packed to her liking. I went to the cashier next to her who was very lovely and had no issue posting the parcel and provided excellent customer service.
Shockingly appalling! If I could give that service a zero rating I would.

Unhelpful. Changed their Post Office opening hours without notice. You’re evidently supposed to visit to see their opening hours rather than trust what’s on their website. Wasted journey - very frustrating.
