- ZSZach SweeneyNov 20, 20231.0Asked them to send a package to beligium containing over £100 of items by recorded delivery. Instead they sent it by non recorded delivery and now the items have gone missing. When I asked them why they did not send it via recorded delivery he smirked and responded saying that I cannot prove I asked for it to be sent by recorded delivery. When I asked them why they don’t check to see what sending service customers would like at point of sale they responded that some of their customers don’t want to pay extra for recorded delivery. Appalling service and it was clear they didn’t care about what had happened.
