  Billericay post office staff are fabulous,very helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them,they done my passport without any problem which I was so grateful for, I have nothing but praise for them.

  I went into the post office to renew my driving license. When I got there there was a large queue and as I have to use a walking stick I was a bit concerned about how long I would have to wait, however the blonde lady (who I found out is the manager) saw me in the queue and got a chair from their staff room for me to wait on. As I have trouble with gripping a pen the Manager filled out the paperwork for me and the whole experience was very friendly and stress free. I would highly recommend this post office and will definitely be using their services again.

  I popped in this post office as my usual post office was shut for the day. I was worried as i post a lot of parcels at once. To my surprise i was met by a lovely blonde lady behind the counter who was such great help. Quick, efficient and very friendly. I will definitely be using this post office more often now.
