Got there less than an hour after delivery and the man at the counter said he had told them to take the parcel back as it was too big! - nothing on the tracking to confirm this is true, no idea where my parcel is or what gives the shopkeeper the right to refuse my parcel after it had all ready been marked as delivered and available to collect.
