Queue all the way down the shop , only 1 position open and one lady just sitting there talking to the man serving customers when she could have served too and no she wasn't training him as he is there a long time. Staff are rude and can never find your parcel. They always seem to be short staff. Always told the currency side is not open. Terrible. Someone high up needs to look at this post office

First 6 times shut when they are meant to be open. 7th time was my error as they didn’t have a form I needed which I thought they had, no worries. 8th trip, informed I needed cash to pay a fee for a postal order, no cash, home again for cash, 9th trip, informed I needed a bank card and cannot use Apple Pay like every other transaction as they need to physically withdraw money from a card to make a postal order. Honestly shambles how this organisation works in 2026
