- MJMadura JaganathanJul 7, 20261.0We are extremely disappointed with the customer service we witnessed and experienced at this store. What should have been a simple visit to use the Post Office turned into an upsetting and embarrassing experience. Instead of receiving help, we were made to feel unwelcome and the situation escalated unnecessarily. The way we were treated was unprofessional and left us feeling uncomfortable and distressed. It’s especially disappointing because this is our local store and the most convenient place for us to use the Post Office. We would have much preferred to continue using it, but after this experience we no longer feel comfortable returning. We expect to be treated with the same courtesy and respect as any other customer. We hope management takes this seriously and ensures that no one else has to go through a similar experience.
