Terrible Management, witnessed manager being rude to staff members, upon speaking to employees there the manager doesn't even allow them to take breaks as apparently would have to close store to accommodate these breaks as not enough staff!

I went to this post office to complete a post office verification check. I had all the right documents for the check, and email proof that I did from the DBS. I also had proof from the post office website themselves. The post master refused to even look at my documentation when I told him my passport was in my maiden name, with my other documents in my married name. I had my marriage certificate as well. ( the very reason why I needed verification in the first place! He had decided he just wasn’t going to do it. So frustrating when I knew I was right. I left wickford and went straight to Chelmsford, post office where they completed the verification straightaway with absolutely no problem at all. This was also confirmed at south Woodham ferrers post office that there would not have been a problem. In short this unhelpful post master I feel just could not be bothered to do the job. I knew I had all the right documentation and I knew he should have done it with no problem at all.
Instead he cost me a whole morning on public transportation doing something that should have been done in five minutes. I will be submitting a formal complaint.

Just had to collect god knows how many parcels from Wickford post office as they no longer take click and drop but never told anyone. All ebay sales that buyers are expecting. Thought I'd share the very professional letter sent to us from the so called post master. The place is never open when it's supposed to be either. If you can't be bothered postmaster sell the franchise
