Priya can seem brusque and unfriendly. BUT I HAVE NEVER FOUND THIS TO BE THE CASE She has always helped me. Sometimes above and beyond … if you treat her with kindness and respect she will respond.
Try working on your own in a pressurised office situation. No loo or coffee breaks .. no one else for advice or to share the load.
I bet most people would chuck in the job within a few days .. Her knowledge of products is exemplary and i am happy to compliment her 👍

Every time I have come to the post office during open hours I have been greeted by a piece of paper on the door saying that the workers are on lunch break. This is a joke as it doesn’t require all of the employees to go on break and close the shop temporarily. Also every time I have gone in there the lady at the desk is rude unbothered and doesn’t communicate well. As the main post office of Waltham abbey the service should be better than what it is. Absolutely nothing positive to say and I advise people to not go there but instead go to the Upshire post office as there a lot better.

I should have read the other reviews first, Disappointed in the service from the member of staff in the post office- Very rude, I usually use couriers but can understand why Royal Mail is in dire straits when this is the type of service you receive. Would have used a courier but the parcel was booked by the recipient through Royal Mail. Definitely cemented me not using their business again anytime soon, The shortest and rudest interaction I've had in a long time.

This woman who works at this post office has the same problems and even more! The bigger one who created me, did not give me a very important letter that I received at this post office, several times she sent me back, come tomorrow, come after 5 and finally did not give it to me and kicked me out of the post office, this is terrible, please think of me as soon as possible...
