Deposited money into an account, lady behind the counter counted it afterwards and said there was £20 less (we had checked it at least 5 times ourselves beforehand so we know there wasn't) and made me withdraw £20 to account for the difference. My partner went to talk to her and when I went back later to get contact details for the manager to complain she shouted at me and stated she was the manager so I will now be taking this further and will use the Upshire one in future who has always been kind
