- NJNEIL JONESSep 27, 20265.0I live in Waltham Cross, but I regularly make the journey to Upshire Post Office because of the consistently excellent service. It is a little further for me, but the quality of service makes it well worth the trip. The post office is open 7 days a week, from 8:00am to 10:00pm, which is extremely convenient and provides great flexibility for customers. Whether you need to visit early in the morning or later in the evening, the long opening hours make it much easier to fit a visit around work and other commitments. The staff are always professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They take the time to assist customers properly and provide a reliable and efficient service. It is clear that customer service is a priority here, and the friendly atmosphere makes every visit a positive experience. I would strongly recommend Upshire Post Office to anyone, even if you live outside the immediate area. The combination of excellent staff, outstanding customer service and exceptional opening hours makes this a post office worth travelling to. Highly recommended — definitely worth the extra journey from Waltham Cross! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If like me at the time, I urgently needed to pay money into a bank account and it was late and everywhere else was all closed. if anyone needs a post office and it's late and you think everywhere is closed. This place is open. 7 days a week.

- OKOsino KingMay 9, 20261.0I a had a terrible experience in this Post Office in Upshire. The man and the woman in the shop are very discriminatory towards people of certain backgrounds. They don't say hello and always throw the receipts onto the desk at the till point rather giving it to you by hand, which falls below the standard for equal treatment. They seem to forget that they wouldn't have a shop / business without customers. I have since reported their bad conduct to the Post Office. Kindly do the same if you experience such a hostile reception and avoid using that Post Office if you can. Everyone should be treated fairly.
