I’ve rarely experienced such a complete absence of basic customer service. At Upminster Post Office, the staff don’t acknowledge you when you approach the counter – no greeting, hardly eye contact, nothing. After reluctantly assisting, the lady didn't even say thank you or even a simple goodbye. Instead, she just turned and walk away to do something else, as if you’re not even there.
Basic etiquette – a greeting, a thank you, a nod – seems completely absent here. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen service this poor. A real shame, because the branch itself is conveniently located.

Have to say that I always get good service here. Much better than minster parade or the one near the crematorium

Queuing system seems a little confusing and online information does not reflect store facilities.
