Please teach your staff customer service skills - may be a visit by your staff to Burnham on Crouch Post Office. They treat their customers with respect, are very helpful and always have a smile on their face. I know many people in Southminster who would rather travel to Burnham Post Office. It's such a shame as it could be a lovely community shop but a lot of the staff give the impression they would rather be anywhere else. It used to be very pleasant before Morrisons took over and sacked some of the existing staff - some who had worked there for a long time and greeted everyone by their name. I now try to avoid unless absolutely necessary.
